Shipping and Delivery Policy
AgroIQX.ai is a fully online service. Nothing is physically shipped — everything you buy is delivered instantly to your account.
Last updated: October 19, 2026This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made on AgroIQX.ai (the “Platform”), operated by Coherent Market Insights Pvt Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
No physical shipping
We sell digital services only: credit packs and banner advertisements on the Platform. No physical goods are shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is required.
Delivery of credit packs
Credits are added to your AgroIQX account instantly once your payment is successful. You can see your balance in the top bar after signing in. A payment confirmation is also sent to your registered email address.
Delivery of banner advertisements
After payment, your banner is reviewed by our team. Once approved, it goes live on the Platform for the period you purchased. You can track the status of your ad from your account.
Delays or non-delivery
If your payment succeeded but credits do not appear within 30 minutes, email support@agroiqx.com with your registered email address and Razorpay payment ID. We will resolve it within 2 working days. If the credits cannot be delivered, the payment is refunded as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
